The Consulting Services Recruitment Notice (CSRN) provides detailed information on consulting services required for ADB-financed or administered projects. It includes terms of reference and is posted on ADB's website for periods of at least 7 days (individual consultants), 15 days (firms under ADB-administered projects), and 1 month (firms under EA-administered projects), to give consultants sufficient time to prepare expressions of interest (EOIs) that specifically address project requirements.

The CSRN is currently in the process of integrating its role of advertising consulting opportunities into the Consultant Management System (CMS). This means advertisements are posted in two separate systems. We advise you to visit both sites to see opportunities for all ADB-funded projects. CSRN will remain online until complete transition.
