About CSRN
The CSRN system allows duly authorized representatives of Executing Agencies (EAs) to post advertisement for the recruitment of consulting services and collect Expression of Interest (EOI).

As an EA representative, how do I get a User ID and Password?
Send an email to csrn@adb.org with copy to ADB Project Officer, stating the projects under administration by the EA.

Why use CSRN?
EA representatives can:
- Submit or modify advertisement for consulting services
- Depending on capacity, view Expressions of Interest (EOI) to posted advertisements online or opt to receive EOI through email, fax or post.

Your account User ID and Password is your responsibility. Please do not share them with anyone to avoid misuse.
